Run Walk. I took a walk in the afternoon and went out to a turn around I walk to pretty often. I normally go around this pole, but randomly touched it and turned back today. This reminded me of high school, when you would have to run to a goal post or some certain point and everyone would hit it before going back.

Spise.
Started the day with iced coffee, per usual.
And after my run made a green smoothie with pineapple.
Then, heated up this fancy looking omelet.
Snack time included an apple and some almond butter. Intet billede. Tillid.
Frokost! This is the chicken Burrito Bowl. I put it on spinach to make a big ol’ salad.
Afternoon snack thanks to general Mills’ delivery of one of my favorite foods – GRANOLA! Elsker. I don’t get it very often because I cannot control myself around this stuff so I am really enjoying it.
Dinner was my first zucchini noodle experience! I have heard good things about spiralizers and noodles make from vegetables and finally got to try them myself.
It was part of the chicken Parmesan meal.
Dessert was a visit to my delighted place…
